SST Speed and Agility:
Sports have gone through tremendous changes over the last few decades. We live in a time where athletes will do anything to gain a competitive advantage, and in most cases the advantage they are looking for lies within the realm of speed, strength, and agility. At SST Speed and Agility, we believe athletes can achieve that competitive advantage by way of proper training techniques. We look to help increase speed and explosive power through the combination of core training, dynamic stretching, speed ladders, first step training, reaction training, plyometrics, and the training of proper running technique. All of these things put together with an appropriate training atmosphere will help our athletes reach their full potential, while also taking steps to reduce the risk of injury.
